Compressed air is an important energy carrier for many technical fields of application. Because short service lives or failures can lead to downtimes, use of the right lubricant is a prerequisite for the safe and economical operation of plants. Recommendations
RENOLIN UNIYSYN OL 32, 46 and 68 have especially been developed for the use in oil injected screw compressors and in turbo compressors. RENOLIN UNISYN OL 100 and 150 are recommended in particular for long term use in piston and rotary compressors.

Recommendations
Not miscible and compatible with standard mineral oil based lubricants. The compression gas should be dry. Because of its polar structure, RENOLIN LPG can absorb water (more than 1%).
Common seal and elastomer materials can be used if they are compatible with polyglycol lubricants (nitrile rubber (NBR) or fluoro-silicone are recommended). Paint materials: Two-component epoxy formulations are normally resistant.
