Flushing Nozzle

Flushing nozzles are used for flushing process. It is the most important element of successful electrical discharge machining. Flushing introduces clean dielectric fluid to the cut, flushes away the debris from the spark gap, cools the electrode and work piece. Flushing nozzle is secured on the second open end of the cartridge barrel adjacents the wire guide.
