ECOCOOL S-HL

ECOCOOL S-HL is a mineral oil free, water miscible, fully synthetic cutting fluid for the grinding of steel and cast iron.Also suitable for the machining of Aluminium.It forms a clear, transparent solution when mixed with water. provides good corrosion protection, creates little foam, leaves no sticky residues, and has good wetting and flushing properties. Free of chlorine, zinc and secondary alkanolamines/amides.

Specification	pH value of 5 % emulsion is 9.1
Approvals	German TRGS 611.
Recommendations	Recommended concentration: 3-4% (for ginding of steel and cast iron) and 5-12% (for machining of aluminium).
