Nitrogen Generator

This Nitrogen generator system is ideal for anyone who wants their own flexible & reliable supply of oxygen without compromising on quality. All the components in generators are highly reliable and tested as per industrial standard and validated for long life period .It is designed in a way that it will work at site 24 x 7 without any trouble. All the safety precautions has been addressed to give uninterrupted gas supply.

Nitrogen is generated on-site using pressure swing absorption (PSA) method. Air from the Dryer is sent through the coalescing filter and get purged through the drain valve. The dry air passes through the aluminium tower where oxygen is adsorbed into the molecular sieve and pure nitrogen is let out. Part of the produced gas is used for regenerating the sieves.

Nitrogen generators are divided into two categories.

The hollow fiber membrane technology is used in one type, while the Pressure Swing Absorption (PSA) technique is used in the other. Nitrogen can also be produced via inert gas generators. CO2 in the inert gas is removed using molecular sieves.

Membrane technology - The air we breathe is roughly 78% nitrogen, 21% oxygen, and 1% additional gases like argon and water vapour. Membrane systems make precise purities of nitrogen from an infinite supply of raw material.

PSA-type nitrogen generator - A typical PSA-based nitrogen generating facility consists of two absorption towers filled with carbon molecular sieve. The towers are filled with compressed, filtered air, and oxygen is absorbed on the carbon molecular sieve, while nitrogen-enriched gas exits.

Nitrogen molecules can be separated from compressed air using a nitrogen generator. These nitrogen (N2) gas generators and nitrogen compressor packages can deliver purity of up to 99.85% and flow rates of up to 220 L/min (7.70 CFM).
